Travel Advisor Marketplace ("Travel Advisor Marketplace," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of the travel advisors and visitors who use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website at traveladvisormarketplace.com and the services we provide through it. By accessing or using Travel Advisor Marketplace, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

- Your name and contact details, including email address and phone number;
- Your business or agency name and storefront information;
- Account login credentials;
- Billing and payment information you submit to set up a payment or payout method;
- Profile details, listings, descriptions, images, and other content you publish;

Information we collect automatically
When you visit or use the platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Browser type, device type, and operating system;
- Pages you view and actions you take on the platform;
- Referral URLs and the dates and times of your visits;
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, operate, and secure your account;
- Process purchases, payments, payouts, and refunds;
- Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers and deliver purchased digital products;
- Communicate with you about orders, account activity, and support requests;
- Operate, maintain, improve, and develop our website, products, and services;
- Monitor for, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and unauthorized or unlawful activity;
- Send administrative messages, security alerts, and important service updates;
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law and in line with your preferences;
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Marketplace Transactions
Travel Advisor Marketplace is a venue that connects buyers and sellers of travel-industry resources. To complete a transaction, we share the information necessary to fulfill it with the seller of the product you purchase, which may include your name, email address, and order details.
Sellers are independent businesses and act as separate controllers of the buyer information they receive. They are responsible for using that information only to fulfill the transaction and provide related customer service, and for handling it in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for a seller’s independent privacy practices.
Payment Processing
Payments and payouts are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. When you make a purchase or set up a payment or payout method, your payment details are collected and processed by that provider. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers; we retain only limited information such as a card brand and the last four digits to identify a saved method.
Your use of a payment provider is also governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them to understand how your payment information is handled.
Taxpayer and Identity Information
When you open a seller store, our payment processor collects identity information directly from you, including your legal name, address, and date of birth, and, for United States sellers, taxpayer information including your taxpayer identification number (such as a Social Security number or Employer Identification Number). This information is entered into forms served by the payment processor and is transmitted directly to them. We never receive, see, or store your Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number on our systems.
The payment processor uses this information to verify your identity, to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, and to prepare and file tax information returns (such as IRS Form 1099-K) with federal and state tax authorities on our behalf where the law requires it. Copies of tax forms provided to you display only the last four digits of your taxpayer identification number. The payment processor’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy, which is presented to you within its forms.
Signing In with Google
You can create an account or sign in to Travel Advisor Marketplace using "Sign in with Google." If you choose to, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us — your name, email address, and your Google account identifier — which we use solely to create, identify, and secure your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Your use of Sign in with Google is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can review or revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access does not delete the account you created with us; to delete your Travel Advisor Marketplace account and its associated data, use your account settings or contact us using the details below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to:
- Keep you signed in and maintain secure sessions;
- Remember your preferences and settings;
- Analyze website traffic and understand how the platform is used;
- Improve performance and the overall user experience;
- Support core marketplace functionality.
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. If you disable cookies, some features of the platform may not function properly.
Marketing Communications
We may send you promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, and marketplace announcements. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages related to your purchases, account activity, security, or legal notices.
User Content and Public Information
You may submit listings, store profiles, descriptions, images, reviews, and other content through the platform. Information you choose to make public — for example, in a storefront, listing, or review — may be visible to other users and to the public, and may be indexed by search engines. Please use care when deciding what to share publicly, and avoid including sensitive personal information in content you publish.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to:
- Provide our services and maintain your account;
- Maintain transaction, financial, and tax records;
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.

Travel Advisor Marketplace is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and the platform is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with your information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Travel Advisor Marketplace after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
