Almost always, yes. Most sellers here are real travel advisors sharing work they've put genuine effort into, and we review listings to keep the quality up.

The one thing we can't do is personally open and check every single file that gets uploaded. Your downloads come straight from the seller, so it's worth taking the same quick care you would with any file off the internet.

A few easy ways to stay safe:

• Scan it first. Windows and Mac both include free virus protection that is usually already on, so just make sure it's switched on and up to date. If you use your own antivirus, right-click the file and choose its scan option.
• Want a second opinion? A free site like VirusTotal.com lets you upload a file and check it in a few seconds.
• Know what's low-risk. Everyday documents, PDFs, and images are generally safe. Be a little more careful with anything that wants to install or run a program.
• Careful with links. Some products point you to a link, like a Google Drive or Canva file. Treat it like any link: make sure it goes where you'd expect before you open it, and skip it if something feels off.

And if a file ever looks off or you're just not sure, don't open it. Message the seller, or reach out to us and we will be glad to help.

You can pay with any major credit or debit card at checkout. Your payment is encrypted and processed securely, and we never see or store your card number.

Because everything here is a digital download, sales are generally final. Refunds are not offered for accidental purchases, a change of mind, or not reading the product description. Some sellers also set their own refund terms, so it is worth a quick look at the listing.

If something went wrong with your purchase, like a duplicate charge or a file that will not open, reach out to the seller directly. They know their product best and can usually get things sorted for you quickly.

Opening a store takes just a few minutes. Head to Sell your work and we will walk you through each step. You can add your first listing right after, and your store can be live the same day.

Opening a store is free. When you make a sale, we keep a small platform fee and the rest is yours. You can see plan options and current fees anytime on the Pricing page.

Link a bank account on the Payouts page in your dashboard. Your earnings, which are the sale amount minus the platform fee, are paid out to it on a regular schedule.

Funds from each sale clear about 3 days after the purchase before they become available to withdraw. Your Payouts page always shows what is available now and what is still clearing.

Payouts run automatically on a regular schedule, either weekly or monthly depending on your subscription plan, and each payout has a $50 minimum.

When your payout date arrives and your available balance is $50 or more, we send the full amount to your linked bank account. If your balance is under $50, nothing is lost. It simply carries over, and once it reaches $50 it goes out with your next scheduled payout.

One timing note: funds from each sale take about 3 days to clear before they count toward your available balance, so a very recent sale may ride along in the following payout instead. Your Payouts page always shows what is available now and what is still clearing.

Need your money sooner? You never have to wait for the schedule. The Pay out now button on that same Payouts page sends your available balance to your bank right away, whatever the amount, currently at no extra cost. You will see exactly what you will receive before you confirm. Once your payout is on its way, allow 1 to 3 business days for the transfer to appear in your bank account.

Your earnings are always yours, and a balance under $50 never expires. It normally just carries over until it reaches the minimum, but there are two ways to receive it without waiting for that:

• Automatically after 120 days. If 120 days pass without a payout, we send your full remaining balance on the next payout run, whatever the amount and whatever your plan. The $50 minimum exists to keep processing costs down on small transfers, and this backstop makes sure your money always reaches you.
• Pay out now. The Pay out now button on your Payouts page sends your current balance to your bank right away, whatever the amount, currently at no extra cost. You will see exactly what you will receive before you confirm.

Sales tax is the part we handle for you. You never need to collect, report, or pay sales tax on your buyers' purchases. As a marketplace facilitator, we calculate, collect, and remit any applicable sales tax automatically with every sale.

Income tax on your earnings works differently. What you earn from selling here is taxable income, and as a marketplace facilitator we are required by United States law to report seller earnings to federal and state tax authorities.

Reporting begins only after your earnings pass a threshold, and each state sets its own amount. Your state tax commission can tell you the exact amount that applies to you.

When your sales require it, we will issue you a Form 1099-K. We provide it electronically by default, and you can choose mail delivery instead for a $2 fee. You are responsible for including the 1099-K when you file your yearly taxes.

Selling from Canada? Reporting your sales income in Canada is your responsibility. Your seller dashboard provides the sales data you need, but we do not issue Canadian tax forms and we do not report sales to the Canada Revenue Agency.

Any digital travel content you created yourself: itineraries, destination guides, planning templates, checklists, supplier cheat sheets, and anything else another advisor can put to work. If you made it and it saves another advisor time, someone here probably wants it.

Not with a direct link, but there's an easy workaround. The files you upload are what your buyers download, so a raw web link on its own can't be the product.

If your work lives somewhere else, like Google Drive, Canva, or your own website, you can still sell it. Just tuck the link inside a document and upload that document. Here's how:

• Make a quick document. A short PDF or a Word or Google Doc works fine.
• Drop in your link. Paste the link to your content, along with any password or instructions buyers will need to open it.
• Upload it here. Add that document under "Files buyers receive," just like any other file.
• Keep it reachable. Set the sharing to "anyone with the link can view," and leave the content up so the link keeps working.

After buying, your buyer opens the document and follows the link straight to your work. Simple as that.

For the sharpest results, aim for these sizes:

• Store logo: 400 x 400 px (square).
• Store banner: 1600 x 400 px (wide).
• Listing photos: 1200 x 600 px looks best on listing pages, though any shape works and cropping is optional.

JPG and PNG both work well. And don't worry if your image is larger than these. We scale big images down automatically, so matching these sizes just keeps everything looking its sharpest.

Both live on your Profile page, which you can also open from the avatar menu in the top right corner. There you can change your password and add or remove passkeys anytime.

No worries, it happens to all of us. Head to Forgot password and enter your email address. We will email you a reset code, and the link in that email walks you through choosing a new password.
